Summary
I'm an outputs-driven Program Manager with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex projects and programs for Tier-1 banks.
I also help Fintechs deliver outstanding solutions for customers.
I do 3 main things:
1 - Complex Project & Program Delivery
I help senior leaders fix their most critical issues.
Often by delivering large parts of strategic, regulatory or performance improvement change programs. I bring the right people together to understand the issues, agree solutions, then implement them quickly - so issues get fixed. And stay fixed.
2 - FinTech Product Delivery
I leverage technology to accelerate delivery for clients. Or enhance experience for customers/colleagues. I combine my Project and Client delivery experience with Product and agile mindset - to deliver outstanding products for customers (not just on time and budget).

3 - Mid-Career Coaching
Finally, I help mid-career men, not 100% satisfied in their corporate careers, re-discover their inner-strengths and passions.
